Walking in Mindfulness

Join us on the 2nd Sunday of each month (May-Oct.) in a spirit of worship for a morning walk, celebrating the beauty of God's creation. This is a low-intensity activity, open to all. We gather near the Oak Hill Park pavilion and walk on the trail, which looks out over prairie grasses, wildflowers, and the rolling countryside.
