Women's Bible Study
The Women's Bible Study meets at 10am in The Lounge at Westminster on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, September through June. We're a small group that gathers in a spirit of fellowship and a desire to grow closer to God.
Last year's study was the Presbyterian Women's suggested selection called, Cloud of Witnesses: The Community of Christ in Hebrews. We will pick up with a new study in the Fall - Sign up for Westminster's newsletter to receive updates!
Summer Book Club
Westminster provides and supports a number of educational opportunities for adult members to grow together in faith, study of scripture, and how to express our beliefs through service and justice in the community.
For the next several months, Westminster will hold a monthly evening book discussion aimed at providing space for spiritually-grounding reflection and growth with others in community. The book topics will range from personal stories and spiritual growth, how to study the Bible in a new way, and how to connect our faith to social issues.
We hope you'll join us for the first book discussion, which will be held on Tuesday, August 28th at Elena Serna-Wallender's house (428 N. Bever) at 7pm. You can purchase the books yourself, or let us know and we can help you secure copies. We hope you'll join in learning and growing in spiritual connection with one another!
